Shipping
We currently use UPS as
our shipper of choice. We normally ship our products via
Ground Service. Generally, you will have the option of
upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such
as Next Day, or 2nd Day service). If you choose to
upgrade your shipping method to 1-2 Day, your order must
be received by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may
not be processed until the following business day. If
you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Overnight,
your order must be received 1:00 pm EST in order to
receive your package the next business day. Business
days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays
within the United States. Shipping costs are dependent
on the destination of your order and the shipping method
you select.
All Shipments to Alaska
or Hawaii must go via UPS Air Services.
Our shippers do not
allow us to give them special instructions
for delivery
of your package.

Return Policy
Here at Mad Johns
Food, we are sure that you will be happy with
your purchase. If for any reason you are not
satisfied we will give you a refund or store
credit. Just return the unused, unopened product
to us within 15 days of purchase. The customer is
responsible for return shipping charge, unless
we have shipped the wrong product to you. It is
necessary that you contact us by e-mail for a
RMA number before you return ship. If you items
arrive broken, please let us know as soon as
possible. All shipments are insured.
